What colour is the beginning of the thing?
Not white, but from there to a slightly yellowish colour.
Or, it begins with the gentle kindness of the paper to milky white.
The aspect is talking to me.
The object that talked is breathing in space.

Water mummy-N's Herat, 2013, (detail)
A pure white paper is a metaphor for the brain.
Words and memories repeatedly overlap like moulds and become irregular wrinkles.
The urethane that breaks down is a metaphor for the wrinkles in the brain being smoothed.
The brain cells floating in the water die, and the traces of type disappear in the end.
